RETURN POLICY
Hot Tubs: 30 Days from the date of delivery and or pickup.

Applicable pickup and/or delivery charges apply to all returnable units. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are subject to variances dependent on distance and or time.

Applicable restocking fees may apply to all returnable units that are damaged above and beyond the visible and or working condition of the unit at the time of initial delivery and or pickup. This charge is dependent and subject to change in relation to the corresponding damages incurred.

All units damaged by abuse, accidents, power disturbances, vandalism, acts of God or nature are not subject to return or exchange.
Hot Tub Accessories (i.e. covers, steps, GFCI's etc.): 7 Days from the date of delivery and or pickup.

Any hot tub accessories not returned in their original packaging are not subject to returns or exchanges.

Applicable 20 percent restocking fee may apply to used or damaged items returned in their original packaging and within the 7 day period.
Patio Furniture & Accessories: 7 Days from the date of delivery and or pickup.

All unused items returned in their original packaging are subject to full refund within the 7 day period.

All unused water care accessories returned in their original packaging are subject to full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

All unused filters returned in their original packaging are subject to full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. A 35% restocking fee may apply to all custom order filter returns.
Hot Tub Parts: 7 Days from the date of purchase.

All unused hot tub parts returned in their original packaging are subject to full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Excludes electronic components and PVC pipe.

All electronic components, PVC pipe and custom orders are final sale and not subject to returns or exchanges.
Clearance & Floor Models: All products are final sale and not subject to returns or exchanges.
